Crowe Cyprus Limited is a leading accounting firm in Cyprus and an independent member of Crowe Global, ranked eighth largest accounting network in the world with over 200 independent accounting and advisory forms in 130 countries.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support to our internal users and external clients, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software applications, and office technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide first and second-line IT support to internal users via email, telephone, remote access, and in person.

·         Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.

·         Install, configure, replace, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, time attendance devices, and other office equipment.

·         Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.

·         Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

·         Assist with the administration and maintenance of the firm's network, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

·         Monitor IT systems, apply software updates, and ensure backup procedures are operating effectively.

·         Install, configure, and maintain software solutions based on business requirements.

·         Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support requests, and system configurations.

·         Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

 

Requirements

·         Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

·         1–3 years of experience in an IT Support (Level 1 or Level 2) role.

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

·         Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
