About the role 

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Officer to join our team and become the first point of contact for our clients.

 

What you will do 

• Provide first level support to clients every day, through phone, chat, and email, answering their questions, explaining new features, and keeping them up to date on announcements 
• Keep our online knowledge base current so clients and colleagues always have accurate information to work from 
• Escalate client requests to the right team and stay on top of them until they are resolved 
• Run training sessions for new and existing clients so they get the most out of our product 

Who you are 

• You have 1 to 2years of experience in a similar role 
• You hold a BSc in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field 
• You are professionally fluent in both Greek and English (a short test will be part of the process) 
• You have strong interpersonal skills and can stay steady when clients apply pressure 
• You are a good team player, disciplined, and comfortable taking initiative 
• You hold a full driving licence
