We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Corporate Officer to join our dynamic team and support the day-to-day finance, corporate, and administrative operations of the Group.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with the daily bookkeeping of the Group companies.
Assisting with the preparation of monthly reconciliations (suppliers, customers, hires, MGAs and banks).
Supporting with the preparation and execution of electronic and manual payments for operational and administrative expenses.
Supporting the day-to-day corporate and finance administration of the Group companies.
Maintaining statutory records, registers, and well-organised corporate files (both physical and electronic).
Liaising with external parties, including lawyers, banks, auditors and authorities, under the guidance of the CFO.
Assisting with the preparation of corporate correspondence, letters and reports and maintaining confidential documentation.
Providing daily support to the CFO on administration, corporate and finance matters.
Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic, proactive and able to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment.
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
Team player with willingness to learn and develop professionally.
