CTC Automotive Ltd, a member of the CTC Group operating in the automotive and engineering sector, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior IT Support Officer to join its IT team in Nicosia.
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and IT operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
Respond to IT support requests via helpdesk, phone, or email in a timely manner
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues, including hardware and software faults
Assist in maintaining IT documentation, user guides, and system records
Support user account management (password resets, access permissions)
Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applications
Strong problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a fast-paced environment
