M.P. Kitromilidou & Co LLC, a law office in Limassol which is part of a group of companies specializing in legal, consulting, advisory, accounting, licensing and other services, is looking for a talented junior lawyer to join the legal department. You will be part of the legal team and report to Senior Lawyers, Directors and Partners of the Group.
This is a position for someone who wishes to be part of a team who is growing steadily and enjoys working alongside the Partners, Directors, other senior lawyers and other professionals from the group and wishes to be professionally evolved.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Assist in drafting and reviewing of corporate and commercial agreements
b. Support senior lawyers in corporate transactions and due diligence processes
c. Assist in the preparation of corporate documents
d. Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters
e. Liaise with clients, government authorities and internal departments
f. Maintain and update legal files
g. Conduct legal research
Candidate profile/ requirements:
a. Degree in Law
b. At least 2 years of experience
c. Basic understanding of regulatory and corporate frameworks
d. Good drafting skills and strong communication skills
e. Willingness to learn and develop professionally
f. Organized, responsible and detailed oriented
g. Ability to work independently and within a team
