Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support hotel operations behind the scenes? Kanika Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the purchasing and storekeeping function across our hotels, handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring timely and accurate orders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Procurement Team's sourcing activities, preparation of supplier agreements, tender processes, and other procurement-related duties.
• Work closely with hotels, technical department, suppliers, surveyors, and the accounting department.
• Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and catalogues, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record management within the Task Management System.
• Ensure that all procurement procedures align with company budgets and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a university degree will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in procurement or hospitality, is an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.

What we Offer

• Annual Salary: €13,200 - €18,000, depending on qualifications
• Provident fund: 5.25% after 6 months
• Welfare Fund: will be a member of and participate in activities organized by the company welfare committee
• Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 08:00-09:00 until 16:30-17:30 (Flexible) Friday: 08:00-09:00 until 14:00-15:00 (Flexible)
