Contribute to the Procurement Team's sourcing activities, preparation of supplier agreements, tender processes, and other procurement-related duties.
Work closely with hotels, technical department, suppliers, surveyors, and the accounting department.
Maintain and organise physical and electronic filing systems.
Maintain and update supplier databases and catalogues, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and record management within the Task Management System.
Ensure that all procurement procedures align with company budgets and standards.
Requirements
High school diploma; a university degree will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Fluency in Greek and English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.
