We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting a Junior SAP S/4HANA Consultant - Finance to join our dynamic team.
Junior SAP S/4HANA Consultant - Finance
This is an entry-level role supporting SAP S /4HANA Cloud solutions for clients.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role participates across the project lifecycle, assisting with analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and post-go-live support.
The Junior Consultant primarily contributes to well-defined tasks and supports complex activities under guidance from senior or associate consultants. This role progressively builds technical and functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud and project delivery.
- Support analysis and blueprinting by participating in client workshops, taking meeting minutes, and assisting in drafting process documentation and design specifications.
- Assist in configuration of SAP S/4HANA Cloud components under supervision, supporting senior team members as needed.
- Perform internal testing and basic quality checks on assigned components, escalating issues when required.
- Participate in sprint sessions with clients, taking notes and supporting discussions.
- Assist in preparing and delivering user training, including system setup, test data, and presentation of selected topics.
- Support preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking, logging, and helping resolve issues.
- Participate in data migration activities, including manual input, validation, and corrections under guidance.
- Assist in go-live and post-go-live support, escalating complex issues to senior consultants.
- Support analysis and implementation of change or enhancement requests, documenting requirements and tracking progress.
- Monitor and manage Jira tickets for assigned responsibilities, seeking guidance for timely resolution.
- Participate in departmental and internal project meetings, providing progress updates and reporting risks or dependencies.
- Complete weekly timesheets and monthly OSA reports accurately, consolidating team submissions if required.
- Support internal initiatives related to SAP system improvements, digital transformation, or process optimization.
- Ensure confidentiality, information security, and GDPR compliance in all client and internal activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of finance and Supply Chain processes (i.e. GL, P&L, Cost Centers).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- 0–2 years of experience in SAP systems or related IT environments.
