Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to guests using the pools, supervise them and ensure that all Safety Regulations are adhered to
• Check the operation of the swimming pools
• Ensure the cleanliness of the swimming pool areas keeping a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
• Recognize and assist promptly in emergency situations applying First Aid when necessary
• Arrange the pool furniture
• Check water quality and add necessary chemicals
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Head of Dept.
• Conform to the Hotel’s and dept’s IMS procedures and safe working method statements.

• Be methodical
• Able to organise assigned work
• Be a competent Lifeguard / First Aider
• Self
