ONE Light Ltd (www.1-light.eu) is a B2B lighting company focusing on the design, production, and global export of technical lighting products. We are currently looking for a Product Data Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be the central point of responsibility for maintaining complete, accurate, and consistent product data. Your work will ensure that product information is uniform across packaging, our website, and printed catalogues, all aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and correct product data including descriptions, specifications, photographs, diagrams, and manuals.
• Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies or irregularities in product data.
• Track changes and update product information across all platforms as needed.
• Verify packaging to ensure all details are correct and up-to-date.
• Support new product introductions by preparing packaging, catalogue entries, and uploading products to the website.
• Assist in preparing the annual printed catalogue (approximately 900 pages), monitoring updates, ensuring accuracy, and conducting thorough checks.
• Conduct regular audits across all product data channels to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 5+ years of relevant work experience is an advantage.
• Experience with CMS systems and/or SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in the lighting industry or other fast-moving consumer goods sectors is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Working Schedule and Benefits:

• Monday to Friday workweek, 8 hours per day; Fridays until 14:30.
• 21 annual leave days.
• Gross monthly salary: up to 2500.
• 13th salary included.
