Our company is seeking to recruit a Logistics Assistant, to be based at our head office in Latsia, Nicosia.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of the English and Greek language, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Excel
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Duties:

• Office administration
• Production of product labels (translation)
• Production of product instructions (translation)
• Communication with suppliers/ placement of orders
• Perform data entry and maintain logistics databases
• Shipping arrangement, Clearing & Documentation

 

No prior logistics experience is required; however, the successful candidate should be able to multitask and be proactive.
