Logistics Manager, Larnaca – LM/09/26

Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organisation in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee its warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations.
The successful candidate, leading a team of approximately 50 people, will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the logistics function, while driving operational performance, developing the team, and supporting the company's continued growth and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Drive operational performance through KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, WMS utilisation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee inbound logistics from ports and suppliers through to warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage logistics budgets and operational costs in collaboration with the Finance function.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Strong experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of TMS, BI tools, and advanced Excel.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, KPIs, and cost control.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.

What They Offer

• Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 gross per annum (13 instalments), depending on experience and qualifications.
