Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, etc.)
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Manage records and logistics planning
• Resolve transportation and delivery issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of international trade procedures and documentation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of banking requirements related to Letters of Credit
• Strong communication skills in English
