Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years working experience in similar position (Hotels, Property Management)
• Very good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical installations
• Positive attitude, a willingness to learn and good work ethic
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Interact well with other team members and accept direction from mor senior staff

• EU citizen or EU work permit holder

   

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning
• Maintaining the rooms in hotel and pools
• Monitor and inspect plant system for normal operation

• Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks
