CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests in the online domain, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing team based in Nicosia, Limassol, or Paphos. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data and analyzing results using critical thinking and statistical techniques, whilst working as a part of a team to prioritize business and marketing needs. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another relevant field, who possess demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, with knowledge of any additional language being considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Interpret data and analyze results using critical thinking and statistical techniques.
• Work as a part of a team to prioritize business and marketing needs.
• Develop and manage data to support corporate decision-making.
• Generate information and insights from data sets and identify trends and patterns.
• Negotiate and execute marketing decisions based on your analyses.
• Locate and define new marketing opportunities.
• Produce and track key performance indicators.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant field, or equivalent related experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid Excel skills – experience with other data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Proficient at clearly communicating and presenting findings.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (verbal & written). The knowledge of any other language would be considered a benefit.
