We are seeking a talented professional for the role of Marketing Manager, who will serve as the 'Brand Guardian' for Kanika Hotels & Resorts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a commercially viable Marketing Strategy aligned with the company’s business goals

• Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of the Marketing Strategy

• Oversee the marketing plan's conception, focusing on transaction growth across all channels

• Maintain a strong and consistent Kanika Hotels & Resorts brand message across all platforms (email, websites, events)

• Enhance the global brand value proposition and manage the customer experience across all marketing touchpoints

• Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, from planning to execution

• Identify target audiences for events and develop effective messaging strategies

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing materials that drive growth

• Conduct competitive analysis to uncover new market opportunities.

• Utilize data-driven strategies to optimize channel performance

• Work with other departments to create effective marketing solutions for business targets

• Manage and control the marketing budget to maximize ROI while achieving company objectives

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Proven track record in creating and executing effective marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand development, social media, and e-commerce
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Capable of being hands-on while also taking a strategic approach
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data for growth decisions
• Proficient in web analytics and CRM systems (Hubspot experience is a plus)
• Fluent in Greek and English with exceptional communication abilities.
• EU Citizen or holder of an EU Work Permit
