Medicover Laboratories Cyprus is looking for a creative, organized and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support and coordinate the company’s marketing activities.
 

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives, coordinating with external agencies, supporting digital marketing activities and ensuring that all materials and campaigns are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.

• HQ, Strovolos

Main Responsibilities

• Draft annual marketing plan and budget.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns in line with the company’s annual marketing plan.
• Prepare monthly report summarizing marketing activities, campaign performance, upcoming initiatives and key results.
• Work closely with external agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with Medicover’s brand guidelines.
• Manage and support digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, email campaigns and online promotions.
• Coordinate the preparation of articles, health-related content and educational materials with the support of in-house experts, ensuring that all information is accurate, professional and suitable for publication.
• Monitor and coordinate branded materials across all Blood Collection Points and company locations, ensuring that signage, leaflets, posters and promotional materials are up to date.
• Organize and coordinate company events in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Support initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate agencies, suppliers and multiple projects at the same time.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English 
• Good understanding of branding and corporate communication.
• Dynamic, proactive and team-oriented approach, with enthusiasm for driving marketing activities and supporting brand growth.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30
In-office position
