Our busy medical practice is looking for a reliable, organised, and welcoming sole receptionist to join our team in Oroklini. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while providing compassionate, high-quality service to our patients. The practice deals with both GESY and private patients.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination: Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
Front Desk Reception: Welcome patients warmly and provide a professional first point of contact.
Communication: Answer phone calls, WhatsApp's and Vibers, manage emails, and handle patient enquiries efficiently.
Administration: Input patient data effectively. Process payments and assist with daily clinic organisation.
Data Management: Handle medical files accurately while maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times.
Liaison Duties: Coordinate seamlessly between patients, healthcare providers, and external medical services.
Requirements
Language Skills: Full fluency in both Greek and English is strictly required. Fluency in both reading and writing.
Organisation: Excellent multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: A professional, patient-focused approach with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including familiarity with standard office software and Google Workspace.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and function well as part of a healthcare team.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle highly confidential medical information appropriately.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: €1,130 to €1,200 gross per month (based on experience)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
Weekends: Off
No extra hour obligations
