Responsibilities:

·         Monitor the Company’s networks and services from NOC (Network Operations Center), using the network tools and systems

·         Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and executed

·         Analyze alarms and trouble indicators to identify problem areas and escalate to appropriate parties

·         Perform ticket management and assignment based upon urgency and issue

·         Carry-out fast and efficient 1st level troubleshooting when issues are encountered

·         Data center tasks including racking, cabling, etc.

·         Follow the company's security policies and procedures

Requirements:

·         University/Associate Degree in Computer Science or in a related field

·         Basic Networking knowledge

·         Basic Knowledge of  MS Windows

·         Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)

·         Excellent customer service skills.

·         Availability to work in a 24/7 NOC shifts rotation schedule

The following will be considered as plus:

·         Good understanding and experience with Linux/Unix platform system administration

·         Good understanding of DNS concepts
