We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Property Rental & Office Administrator to manage the daily operations for rental properties while providing administrative support for the office. The successful candidate will ensure efficient property management, excellent tenant and guest experiences, and smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Answer phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar activities.
Prepare reports, letters, contracts, and other business documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
Ensure office operations comply with company policies and procedure
Manage tenant communications and resolve inquiries or concerns.
Monitor rent collections and follow up on outstanding payments
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms and channel management systems.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, office administration, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with property management software and online booking platforms preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
