What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support across the office.
- Managing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and appointments.
- Welcoming clients and delivering excellent customer service.
- Preparing letters, reports, and other business documents.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and record keeping.
- Coordinating office supplies, deliveries, and general office operations.
- Supporting different departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Helping maintain an efficient, organized, and professional workplace.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role will be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team while taking initiative when needed.

Salary
€1,000 – €1,200 gross per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and management assessment.
