In this role, you will be the go-to person and the focal point of our office. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the office looks its absolute best at any time, and to cater for our colleagues and external guests. Thus, your biggest responsibility is to ensure great service and make sure that all guests and customers get a professional and warm experience every time they visit Monjasa.

Areas of focus
In this role, you will be first point of contact at the reception for visitors including answering and forwarding of phone calls, and you will welcome and keep track of guests in the office. You will act as secretarial support and personal assistance for our General Manager and to other key personnel and support on travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and logistics. Furthermore, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Coordination of office interior decor and maintenance, incl. administration of all contacts with suppliers, cleaning, furnishing, catering services, etc.
- Coordination of internal meetings
- Arranging daily catering (breakfast and lunch) and ongoing purchasing of beverages, food, and office supplies
- Event coordination and participation
- Onboarding of new employees
- Daily bookkeeping tasks e.g., office accounts, travel expenses and reimbursement and keep track of office expenses in general
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
Your professional skills
- Experience within the field of administration
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in both Greek and English
