We are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing property listings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and updating property listings on websites and portals
Handling incoming calls and emails
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Supporting the sales team with documentation and client communication
Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Maintaining organized client and property records
Requirements
Excellent command of English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with social media platforms
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional attitude and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
