Key Responsibilities • Manage daily office administration and correspondence. • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries. • Maintain filing systems and company records. • Assist with in basic accounting tasks. • Support HR processes • Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained. Requirements • Certificate in Office Administration, Business Studies, or relevant work experience. • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage). • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
