Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Coordinate administrative, operational and business support activities
Act as a professional point of contact for clients, visitors and business partners
Support finance administration, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
Coordinate suppliers, service providers and external stakeholders
Support CRM management, documentation and data accuracy
Assist with onboarding activities, internal coordination and team support
Maintain exceptional standards of organisation, professionalism and client service
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in Office Management, Executive Support, Operations Coordination or a similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
Professional, polished and confident communication skills
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
Naturally resourceful, dependable and solution-oriented
