On behalf of our client, a well-established architecture and engineering consulting firm, we are seeking to recruit an organised and proactive Office & Tender Officer to support the Managing Director and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. Offices are based Nicosia-Larnaca.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the office while providing comprehensive support throughout the tender process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment, and being at the centre of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
Manage incoming correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and general office communications.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements where required.
Prepare meeting rooms, welcome clients and visitors, and ensure a professional office environment.
Assist with the preparation, compilation, formatting, and submission of tender documentation.
Monitor tender deadlines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documentation.
Maintain organised filing systems, records, and company documentation.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, consultants, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Support the day-to-day operation of the office and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any other discipline.
Previous experience in an administrative, office management, executive support, or tender administration role will be considered an advantage.
Previous exposure to tender preparation or procurement documentation will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience within the construction, architecture, engineering, façade, building materials, or related technical sectors will be highly desirable.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
