Short description:

The Operations Centre Coordinator reports to the Manager Operations Control. The main area of responsibility is to ensure the smooth, safe, secure, efficient and effective running of airport operations. The successful candidate must be able to carry out shift work on a 24-hour basis.

Other areas of responsibility include:

• ensure fast and effective passenger processing at the arrival and departure areas
• conduction of terminal inspections
• monitoring all terminal activities and facilitate passenger movements.
• implementation of terminal emergency and contingency procedures as needed  
• manning the airport information desk to respond to passenger complaints and enquiries
• provision of high levels of customer service
• preparation of daily reports

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma  
• Diploma in Aviation Management, Tourism Management, Hospitality or any other relevant degree will be considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and writing)
