Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the courier services
Monitor and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Communicate with couriers and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to delivery schedules
Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance operational performance
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Greek (both spoken and written)
Proven experience in operations or logistics management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
