Requirements/Qualifications:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Basic computer and typing skills
• No previous experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training

Responsibilities for the Outbound Customer Contact Department:

• Call existing customers, for feedback and offer additional products & services
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction, by offering service recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with team members

Responsibilities for the Inbound Customer Contact Department:

• Answer calls from customers who would like to place their order, by telephone
• Ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve any issues
