Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at The Royal Apollonia in Limassol as the Painter and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
Carry out exterior and interior painting of various hotel’s areas.
Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing.
Follow management’s instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies.
Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a painter, preferably within a hotel or similar environment.
Good knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work around guests while maintaining a professional manner.
