VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at The Royal Apollonia in Limassol as the Painter and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out exterior and interior painting of various hotel’s areas.
•  Execute pre-painting activities, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing.
•  Follow management’s instructions in maintaining an inventory of paint and supplies.
•  Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a painter, preferably within a hotel or similar environment.
• Good knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work around guests while maintaining a professional manner.
