Media Buyer — Adult Ad Networks + AI Tools — Remote within Cyprus

AI Research Group Limited builds high-scale consumer AI applications. One of our flagship products is a fast-growing AI companion / AI girlfriend platform. Its advertising is spicy / 18+ — details below. We're hiring one media buyer, based in Cyprus, to own paid acquisition and make it increasingly automated.

What you'll do:

• Buy and optimize media on adult (18+) ad networks — ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars — and mainstream channels (TikTok/IG ads)
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code / Claude Cowork, Cursor, or Codex) to automate your own workflow: creative testing, reporting, kill/scale decisions
• Watch the numbers daily; kill losers, scale winners, keep improving ROAS

Stated plainly: the creative is mature/spicy and the networks are adult. You must be genuinely comfortable with 18+ content. The specific product is shared with shortlisted candidates.

You:

• Real media-buying record with hard numbers — budgets, ROAS/CPA you can walk through. Adult campaigns you've made profitable are the strongest possible signal; iGaming / dating / forex also valued.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code / Cowork, Cursor, or Codex) — we'll ask to see something you've automated (script, workflow, or short Loom; no CS degree needed).
• Self-directed, analytical, based in Cyprus.

Compensation: €45,000/year (≈ €3,750/month) + performance bonuses linked to ad results (structure discussed with shortlisted candidates). Full-time hours, contract-first — for the right person we fully intend to make this permanent. Fully remote within Cyprus.
