Join our dynamic Crewing Team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support services to international crew members and visitors arriving in Cyprus.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements, immigration formalities, and visitor support services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment, liaising with people from around the world, and providing high-quality assistance and care.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Crewing Team, you will be responsible for coordinating services for incoming and outgoing crew members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout their stay in Cyprus.

Your duties will include:

• Coordinating crew changes and visitor movements.
• Monitoring and responding to changes in flight schedules, travel plans, and accommodation arrangements.
• Liaising with immigration, customs, port authorities, hotels, and transportation providers.
• Meeting and assisting arriving and departing crew members and visitors at ports and airports.
• Arranging hotel bookings, transfers, and other travel-related services.
• Preparing and submitting documentation required for immigration, visa, customs, and port formalities.

What we are Looking For

• A degree in shipping or travel and tourism or secretarial studies will be preferred.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, service-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts and provide support outside normal office hours when required, based on a rotational program.
