NALU Hotel in Latsi is seeking a friendly and attentive Porter to assist guests with luggage, room guidance, and other services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

Job Summary:

The Porter provides direct services to guests, assisting with luggage, room orientation, and general guest needs. This role ensures timely, courteous, and efficient support, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check arrival and departure schedules and ensure luggage trolleys are available when needed.
• Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms.
• Explain room facilities, including card systems for electricity, phone usage, ventilation, and other amenities.
• Receive luggage from rooms upon guest departure and transfer it to the lobby or designated area.
• Convey messages, documents, or items to guest rooms as required.
• Assist guests during parties or events by guiding them to venues and preparing bell signs.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, facilities, operating hours, and occasional events.
• Provide information about local transport, attractions, and events for guests.
• Ensure work areas are neat and clean, including the lobby, living room, and terrace.
• Follow hotel Health & Safety rules and GDPR requirements.
• Adhere to accident reporting procedures for guests and staff.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to Front Office operations or guest services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pleasant, approachable, and professional personality.
• Willingness to serve and assist guests.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to carry luggage safely and provide courteous service.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and general local information.
• Commitment to Health & Safety and GDPR compliance.
