We’re looking for a skilled PR Specialist with at least two years of PR and/or event management experience — someone who lives and breathes trends, culture, brand experiences and everything that gets people talking.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a natural multitasker, a strong organizer, and has hands-on experience in influencer campaigns, event planning and experiential activations, with excellent communication skills in both Greek and English. We are looking for someone who can shape clients’ public image, deliver high-impact events, collaborate with influencers and celebrities, and create innovative, buzz-worthy brand experiences that capture attention and spark conversation.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to grow within one of the largest communication agencies in Cyprus, working on a portfolio of high-profile local and international clients, exciting brands, and multi-faceted projects.

Responsibilities

•       Craft and execute compelling PR campaigns that elevate our clients’ brands.

•       Plan, manage, and run events and experiential activations — from product launches and brand experiences to press conferences and media events.

•       Lead influencer and celebrity marketing initiatives, including influencer campaigns, partnerships, and relationship management.

•       Work closely with our marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure consistent, standout storytelling across all channels.

•       Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

•       Cultivate and maintain a network of local and national media contacts.

•       Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

•       Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, pop culture, influencer landscape, and emerging PR strategies, turning insights into ideas and opportunities for clients.

•       Identify opportunities for clients to participate in relevant cultural moments, trends, partnerships and conversations that generate visibility and engagement.

Requirements

•       Minimum of two years’ experience in PR and/or event management.

•       Passion for experiential marketing, influencer collaborations and creating memorable brand experiences.

•       Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

•       Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.

•       Creative, strategic and detail-oriented mindset.

•       Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented and effective in a fast-paced environment.

•       Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure when required.

•       Familiarity with social media, digital trends, influencers and the evolving communications landscape.

•       Naturally curious, proactive and always up to date with what’s happening in culture, entertainment, lifestyle and social media.

•       Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career within a leading communications agency.

•       Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
