Philippou Law Firm, a leading legal law firm in Cyprus, needs support in becoming Cyprus' first AI native law firm and legal tech platform. We are looking for talented and ambitious people who want to be part of a talented team aimed at disrupting professional services delivery in Cyprus.

Role Overview
You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, working closely with legal, technology, and operations teams to build solutions that serve our clients and streamline firm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
• Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across the firm
• Work with developers and designers to deliver high-quality products on time
• Analyse user feedback and data to drive continuous product improvements
• Ensure alignment between product delivery and business objectivesRequirements
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in legal tech, fintech, or professional services
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
