Duties and responsibilities:

Project Management

·         Tendering procedure of maintenance Contracts.

·         Preparation of reports and cost estimations.

·         Managing new requests.

·         Coordination with Authorities for permits, title deeds and different processes.

·         Managing communications with Contractors, Subcontractors, Suppliers.

·         Keeping track of work schedules for various ongoing projects.

·         Stand by and on call during out of office hours.

Civil Mechanical and Electrical with automation Engineering

 

·         Daily communication with the technical team.

·         Preparation of drawings, office layouts and basic details in AutoCAD.

·         Maintenance procedure for company buildings and houses.

·         Checking quality of work performed.

·         Ensuring drainage and sewerage systems are correctly constructed.

·         Back up for any issues that might appear in touristic complexes of the Company.

·         Inspection of various company projects and building installations.

·         Tracking daily progress, documenting design modifications.

·         Knowledge of HVAC & Building Systems.

·         Knowledge of piping networks and material compatibility.

·         Knowledge of welding quality.

·         Knowledge of Proper cable management and installation.

·         Knowledge of testing and commissioning.

·         Knowledge of separation between high-voltage and low-voltage lines.

·         Knowledge of Control Systems & Programming.

·         Knowledge of Loop Checking & Instrument Validation.

·         Knowledge of Industrial Networking & Signal Troubleshooting.

·         Support with office space software for office layouts.

Administration

·         Drafting correspondences (emails and official correspondences).

·         Filing, data entry to excel files etc. uploading documents to the server for online filing system set up.

·         Taking minutes of meetings, preparing materials for meetings.

·         Record keeping for BMS notifications.

·         Opening Jira Tickets.

·         Submitting invoices to the system.

·         Preparation of inventory lists.
