We are seeking an experienced Property, Hospitality & Facility Manager to oversee the operational management of our aparthotel in Achelloy, Bulgaria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing professional operational systems, improving efficiency across departments, establishing procedures and ensuring exceptional guest and owner experiences.

This position is ideal for someone with strong hotel operations experience who understands hospitality, property management, facilities management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·         Oversee the day-to-day operation of hospitality and property management activities.

·         Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·         Organise and supervise departments including:

o   Reception

o   Reservations

o   Housekeeping

o   Maintenance

o   Security

o   Food & Beverage

o   Property Management

·         Implement operational controls and reporting systems.

·         Optimise workflows and operational efficiency.

·         Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality.

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

·         Develop quality assurance procedures.

·         Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenses.

·         Analyse KPIs and prepare management reports.

·         Train department heads and staff.

·         Coordinate preventive maintenance programmes.

·         Work closely with contractors and suppliers.

·         Improve communication between departments.

·         Assist with recruitment and staff development.

·         Ensure excellent owner and guest experience.

Systems & Technical Knowledge

The successful candidate should have practical experience with:

·         Property Management Systems (PMS)

·         Hotel Reservation Systems

·         Channel Managers

·         Point of Sale (POS) Systems

·         Revenue Management Systems

·         Housekeeping Management Software

·         CRM Systems

·         Microsoft Office

·         Reporting and Analytics

Experience with systems such as Opera, Clock PMS, Mews, Cloudbeds, Fidelio, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage.

Required Qualifications

·         Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.

·         Minimum 5 years of senior operational experience.

·         Previous hotel or resort management experience.

·         Strong understanding of hospitality operations.

·         Excellent organisational skills.

·         Financial awareness.

·         Strong leadership skills.

·         Excellent English.

·         Greek is an advantage.
