Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general handyman and property maintenance tasks
• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Carry out minor carpentry repairs and works
• Fix, repair, or replace basic fixtures, fittings, furniture, doors, handles, locks, shelves, etc.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance as required
• Clean windows and exterior/interior areas when needed
• Perform gardening and basic outdoor maintenance
• Assist with general cleaning of properties and outdoor areas
• Transport tools, equipment, furniture, supplies, and other items between properties
• Assist with moving and assembling furniture and equipment
• Identify maintenance issues and report larger or specialist repairs when professional contractors are required
• Painting
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests when necessary
• Help ensure properties are well-maintained, presentable, and ready for guests
• Carry out any other reasonable handyman and property-related duties as required
• Customer support if required
