Solemare by the Sea is a premium beachfront residential and hospitality development located in Aheloy, Bulgaria. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Property Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury property and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

·      Oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring exceptional service standards.

·  Manage and coordinate all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Pool bar, Mini Market, Swimming Pool and Guest Services.

·       Ensure the property is maintained to the highest quality and safety standards.

·       Monitor budgets, operational costs, and departmental performance.

·       Develop and implement operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

·       Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team while promoting a positive working environment.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.

·       Prepare operational reports and communicate effectively with senior management.

Requirements

·      Minimum 5 years of management experience as a Property Manager or General Manager in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end hospitality property.

·       Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·       Strong knowledge of hotel and property management operations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

·       High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

·       Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

·       Knowledge of Bulgarian will be considered a strong advantage.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/hotel management systems is preferred.
