Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Logistics Support

• Purchase approved goods, materials, and supplies in accordance with authorised requests and Company procedures.
• Collect goods and materials from approved suppliers and deliver them to designated locations.
• Verify purchased or collected items against purchase requests, receipts, delivery notes, or instructions  and report any discrepancies.
• Plan and follow daily collection and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Ensure safe handling, transportation, and delivery of goods, materials and supplies.
• Maintain basic records of deliveries and collections.

Vehicle and Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure safe transport of materials and goods at all times.
• Carry out basic vehicle inspections, including fuel levels, cleanliness, and general condition, and  report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Comply with Company driving policies, procurement procedures, health and safety requirements, and  applicable legal obligations.

General, Documentation, Records and Reporting

• Support petty cash handling in line with company procedures, where applicable.
• Carry out additional duties consistent with the level of the role.

 Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of tools, spare parts, and consumables to support the identification and handling of materials.
• Previous experience in a similar logistics, delivery, or support role is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal personnel.
• Valid driver's licence - manual and automatic.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in English and Greek.
• Clean criminal record.

• Salary scale is based on qualifications and experience.
• Working hours: Mon – Fri from 08.00 – 17.00 hrs and Sat from 08.00 – 12.00 hrs
