Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Company’s projects in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control. The role requires technical understanding, accuracy, and excellent knowledge of construction procedures.
Key Responsibilities
· Accurate measurement of works and preparation of detailed quantity take‑offs.
· Preparation and analysis of project budgets, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost breakdowns.
· Estimation of quantities, materials, and costs for construction projects.
· Monitoring project costs, controlling expenses, and preparing cost forecasts and deviations.
· Timely preparation of monthly Interim Valuations and Final Accounts.
· Pricing and evaluation of variations.
· Preparation of Tender Documents for subcontractor packages.
· Evaluation of tender submissions and preparation of award recommendations to the Project Manager.
· Preparation of Sub‑contract Agreements.
· Preparation of Interim Valuations for subcontractors.
· Preparation and agreement of Sub‑contract Final Accounts.
· Preparation and agreement of the project Final Account and entitlements in line with company directives.
· Contract administration related to contractual issues, including instructions and record‑keeping protocols.
· Review and verification of subcontractor certifications and onsite measurement of works.
· Project Cash flow monitoring and reporting.
· Cost control monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
What we are looking for
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or related field.
· 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably on large or medium‑scale construction projects.
· Proven experience in measurements, Bills of Quantities, cost estimation, and project contracts.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
· Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
· Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
· Strong command of both Greek and English.
