CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a highly diversified Group of Companies with international activities in the Marine, Offshore and Energy industries, we are seeking to recruit a Real Estate Sales Executive to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, investment, and other real estate properties, while developing strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar property-related sales role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience plus commission on sales.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of residential, commercial, investment, and other properties.
• Identify and approach potential buyers, investors, and business partners.
• Manage client enquiries and understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to closing.
• Negotiate property prices and terms with clients and relevant parties.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, market research, and other business development activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the Cyprus real estate market, property values, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, legal advisors, banks, and other external parties when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, property viewings, and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for Management.
• Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure a professional and high-quality service throughout the entire client journey.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background in a relevant field is desirable.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar property-related sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Cyprus real estate market will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and successfully close sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple clients and property opportunities.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel for property viewings and client meetings.
