Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and to support the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. This role is essential for ensuring professional communication, a welcoming front-of-house experience, and efficient administrative workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

•      Manage the reception desk and warmly welcome clients and visitors.

•      Handle all incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.

•      Maintain and update office records, client databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).

•      Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.

•      Support the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and documentation.

•      Create, monitor, and track all applications submitted to public authorities for document remediation, and report regularly to the supervisor / project manager.

•      Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

•      Monitor office supplies and manage procurement as needed.

•      Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy, presentable, and properly prepared.

 

Requirements

•      Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or in a similar front-desk role (real estate experience is an advantage).

•      Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

•      Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and spoken).

•      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

•      Professional phone etiquette and a client service orientation.
