Role 

We are looking for a polished, people-first professional to join our team as a Receptionist / Community Associate. As the face of LABS Tower, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests — setting the tone for the exceptional experience that defines our community. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Labs Tower.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Tower’s front desk during operating hours, serving as the welcoming face of the building and upholding LABS Tower’s premium brand standards.
• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Oversee visitor management in accordance with established security and access protocols.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Act as the primary point of contact for member enquiries, coordinating with the relevant internal departments to resolve operational, maintenance, and housekeeping matters.
• Take ownership of member concerns, following through to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the highest standard of satisfaction.
• Support the coordination of events, community initiatives, and special projects as required.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or equivalent qualification.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Greek.
• A natural communicator with a warm, enthusiastic disposition and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
• Prior experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or customer-facing role is preferred.
