Responsibilities
- Appointments and client communication,
- Answering phone calls and messages
- Booking appointments and managing client records and payments
- Basic admin support and some assistance in the clinic if needed
- Organizing basic clinic logistics, including stock lists, orders, deliveries and supplies
- Keeping reception area clean and organized
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a veterinary/medical clinic is preferred
- Good communication and organization skills
- kind calm and confident behaviour with animals
- Professional and polite attitude
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Love for animals!
