Reserva 52 Lounge is expanding its team and looking for passionate professionals who love hospitality, fine dining, and refined service.

The Host(ess) will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming and guiding customers, managing reservations, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It requires a friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure a smooth flow of seating for guests.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Professional appearance and reliability
• Passion for gastronomy, wine, and cocktails
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills for managing reservations and seating
• Customer-service mindset with a focus on full guest satisfaction
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle busy periods effectively

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the restaurant
• Inform guests of the exact waiting time
• Monitor and manage the waitlist
• Manage reservations
• Provide any information guests may need during their visit to the restaurant
