VACANCY

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos, as the Restaurant Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Is responsible for the restaurant operations to be as optimized as possible.

·         Train and supervise the restaurant service team.

·         Handle inventory by ordering new supplies, restock and keep a record of raw materials.

·         Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

·         Ensure all the equipment is in good shape by taking up duties like regular equipment checks service and maintenance.

·         Is responsible for overlooking the area making sure that the customer service offered is always as per restaurant standards.

·         Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.

Required Qualifications:      

·         A minimum of three years related working experience. Related experience in a 4-star or a 5-star hotel will be considered as an advantage.

·         Excellent command of Greek and English language.

·         Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

·         Pleasant personality with exceptional communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

·         Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

·         EU citizen or eligibility to work within the EU.
