About Us:

NALU Hotel in Latsi, part of Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean, provides memorable dining experiences with attentive service. We are seeking  Restaurant Waiters/Waitress to deliver fast, courteous, and professional service while maintaining the high standards of our restaurants.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Waiter/Waitress is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the restaurant, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and escort them to their tables, paying attention to guests with special needs.
• Present menus and provide knowledge of food and beverage items, including wines, to assist guest choices.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
• Clear tables, carry dishes, trays, and silverware to the kitchen, and maintain side service points.
• Set and reset tables, replace tablecloths, glassware, and condiments according to hotel standards.
• Monitor guests during meals, checking satisfaction and responding politely to requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after service.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with special events, banquets, or catering duties as required.
• Implement GDPR requirements to protect personal information of guests and staff.
• Comply with hotel Health & Safety rules and report any accidents or incidents.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the department.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good command of Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar waiter role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Friendly, professional, and service-minded personality.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while cooperating with the team.
