About the Role

We are looking for an organized and customer-oriented RMA & Customer Care Administrator to join our Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the after-sales process, coordinating RMA procedures, preparing quotations and orders, and ensuring the efficient handling of spare parts and customer requests.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare customer quotations and process spare parts orders.

·        Receive, process and coordinate spare parts deliveries and returns.

·        Support the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and maintain accurate records.

·        Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing professional after-sales support.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely handling of customer requests.

·        Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.

·        Perform general administrative duties related to the Service Department.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        Very good command of both Greek and English.

·        Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·        Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

·        Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·        Positive attitude and strong team spirit.

·        Knowledge of White Goods and IT products will be considered an advantage.

·        Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role will be considered an                        advantage.
