Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee all Repair Operations & Technical team activities
Ensure timely repair & return-replacement-refund to customers, according to company’s policies and legal requirements
Communicate with suppliers to coordinate returns, replacements, and compensations according to individual vendor service agreements. Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors where necessary
Manage the requests from technical team for spare parts, sourcing from vendors or third-party suppliers
Manage the disposal/destruction of items which have been deemed irreparable or scrap, according to environmental requirements
RMA Manager Requirements
Previous experience of minimum 7 Years in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
A genuine interest in technology
Job Information
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary Range: € 2,600to € 3,200 (based on Experience and Skills)
